Formerly the North American Head of Fund Operations, Matt led a specialized team in overseeing the firm’s U.S. Private Equity administrative activities. His career has spanned auditing high-profile accounts with substantial stakeholders to pivotal roles in middle and back-office functions at a trillion-dollar global administrator. Matt’s comprehensive approach to financial management is substantiated by a proven track record in launching new funds, optimizing operations, and consistently delivering value to investment managers.

KIEL DONAHUE | DIRECTOR

Kiel is a uniquely well-rounded and versatile accounting manager, merging a substantive background in audit, economics and accounting as a CPA, with hands-on leadership in the area of digital assets. In a previous position, Kiel grew and managed an international team responsible for the accounting and administration of ~$1 billion of digital assets. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Cayman, Canada, Taiwan and New Zealand and has a track record of delivering streamlined and knowledgeable accounting services to a wide range of international clients.

She has held progressive roles in both boutique and large fund administrators providing services to a vast array of hedge and private equity funds and structures. She has gained expertise in leading global operations teams, systems implementation, client on-boarding and relationship management.
In her previous role at a startup administrator, Guia built out of the Investor Services and Private Equity offering.

EVELYN YANATOS | ADVISOR

Evelyn serves as an advisor, and has operated her own Fractional CFO firm, EBY Enterprises, Inc., since 2009. She has extensive experience in investment analysis and valuation, fundraising, SEC, tax, and other financial reporting, and has held a variety of senior finance roles in New York-based funds and other companies. Evelyn received an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and started her career at Ernst and Young.
