Matt has extensive experience across private equity and alternative investment fund operations. His background covers fund accounting, audit, investor reporting and the administration of both domestic and offshore structures. Matt oversees Flagship’s service delivery and ensures every client receives clear, accurate reporting supported by strong processes and senior oversight.
Nicholas cooper
Nicholas specialises in digital asset finance, incorporating his deep knowledge of decentralised technologies, operations, accounting, taxation and economics into his financial leadership. Drawing upon his background in alternative investment audit functions and analysis, Nicholas has successfully guided large teams in Switzerland, the United States, Britain and the Cayman Islands. Nicholas speaks fluent English, intermediate Farsi, and basic German.
Marcus Rowe
Marcus is a seasoned leader and innovator in the accounting and finance sector. His core practice incorporates solid experience with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, enhancing the delivery of fractional financial management, accounting and advisory services. Marcus specialises in developing and guiding effective teams, utilising collaborative and practical technologies to upgrade service deliverables.
Kiel Donahue
Kiel is a uniquely well-rounded and versatile accounting manager, merging a substantive background in audit, economics and accounting as a CPA, with hands-on leadership in the area of digital assets. In a previous position, Kiel grew and managed an international team responsible for the accounting and administration of ~$1 billion of digital assets. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Cayman, Canada, Taiwan and New Zealand and has a track record of delivering streamlined and knowledgeable accounting services to a wide range of international clients.
Diana Moum
Diana is a senior accounting leader with deep expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, and the governance of complex investment structures. She brings a strategic perspective to private equity fund operations, with a focus on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of financial information across the investment lifecycle. Diana’s experience enables her to support clients with highly complex structures through the design and adaptation of NAV processes, investor reporting, and the delivery of reliable financial insights to stakeholders. Diana is known for her strong analytical judgement and her ability to translate technical accounting standards into clear, practical outcomes, enabling informed and confident decision-making for clients.
